These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you and Kennington Mini Cabs. By booking a taxi and using our service, you unequivocally acknowledge the following terms and conditions as stipulated in this agreement.

Definitions

In this agreement, "Kennington Mini Cabs," "we," or "us" refers to the service-providing company, while "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a reservation with us.

Booking

2.1 It is your responsibility to allocate sufficient time for your journey, ensuring that you arrive punctually, including for airport transfers where adherence to check-in times is crucial. We will not assume responsibility for any delays arising from your inability to plan your journey adequately or for your unpreparedness at the scheduled pickup time.

2.2 It is your obligation to book a vehicle with an appropriate size for your group and luggage. We do not guarantee accommodation for excessive luggage, and please be aware that, irrespective of a child's age, they are counted as a single passenger.

2.3 If you require wheelchair access, please make this request when booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotes are based on information provided by you. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless specified otherwise, and VAT will be added if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust the provided quote in the event of significant itinerary changes.

3.2 Our quotes include a 45-minute waiting period after the stated landing time and cover airport parking costs. Additional waiting time beyond this period will be charged at our standard waiting rate. While we strive to monitor flight details and adjust our service for delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please thoroughly review this confirmation to ensure its accuracy. Failure to notify Kennington Mini Cabs of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs, for which we will not be responsible.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, by credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the behavior of all passengers during the journey. A cleaning fee may be applied if the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively impacted by a passenger.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

4.3 All children must be properly restrained according to their age, height, and weight.

4.4 We are not authorized to carry more passengers than permitted by licensing or insurance.

Cancellations

5.1 In the event of a cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible. If a cancellation is made after dispatching the vehicle, a charge will apply, based on the distance covered by the driver up to that point.

5.2 If you booked through our online system and cancel before dispatch, a charge may be imposed on the initial payment.

Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. Kennington Mini Cabs will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 If a breakdown occurs during your journey, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle to expedite your travel.

6.4 You will not hold Kennington Mini Cabs liable for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any actions or omissions by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or other matters classified as unenforceable under applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is jeopardized by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for journeys terminated during hire.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Kennington Mini Cabs may subcontract its obligations as specified in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your obligations or rights under this agreement.

8.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Kennington Mini Cabs and you.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any benefits on a third party. No third party may enforce rights under this agreement unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

Disputes

Any disputes or claims must be submitted within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes made beyond this timeframe will not be entertained by Kennington Mini Cabs.
